Position Description This hybrid role requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week subject to change at any time. Responsibilities Provide accurate, courteous, and timely service to incoming telephone, email, and chat customer inquiries from various stakeholders regarding products, policies and procedures, and/or accountrelated inquiries. Ensure a positive client experience is delivered by providing highquality customer service to new and existing clients. Investigate and research accountrelated issues and determine the appropriate actions that need to be taken to achieve resolution. Ensure that followups are resolved within a timely manner and all service level agreements are met. Liaise with internal and external business units to effectively process and/or complete the request. Assist with special projects/tasks as assigned by management. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Fluent in English (verbal and written). Fluency in French is considered an asset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities. Selfmotivated, proactive, independent in solving problems. Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills and conceptual thinking. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. Experience Previous experience in the Mutual Fund industry and/or customer service role is considered an asset. Education & Training Postsecondary education. Completion of, or enrollment in, the IFIC Funds course or the CSC, considered an asset. Working Conditions Routine office environment. Overtime as required. Compensation CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000$85,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
