About the Role: Were looking for a Program Delivery Lead to join our Product team. In this role, youll work directly with the Vice President, Operations & Product to lead delivery across both software projects and client deployments. Youll manage schedules, timelines, and project plans while keeping crossfunctional teams aligned and moving. Youll play an essential role in helping us deliver highquality projects, support enterprise clients, and strengthen our internal delivery practice as we scale. What Youll Do: Delivering multiple client deployment projects on time and with quality. Primary responsibility will be managing schedules and dependencies and delivering successful client deployments. Secondary priority is helping drive ongoing product development delivery. Reporting project status and risks up to leadership. Managing timelines, dependencies, risks, multiple streams for multiple projects. Solving delivery problems. Recommending and implementing operational and process improvements. Evangelizing InnerSpace Delivery methods across the company. What You Bring: Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or showcase equivalent handson work experience. Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects, deployments, or technical delivery. Comfort managing schedules, building project plans, and coordinating timelines across teams. Experience leading Agile (Scrum and Kanban) based projects in a fastpaced or scaleup environment. Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand the needs of deploymentdriven work. Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on clarity and followthrough. Proven ability to drive projects to completion, even when navigating obstacles or shifting priorities. Experience working with enterprise clients or complex stakeholder groups. Agile or project management training and certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, SAFe ) are an asset.
