Summary The Boutique Manager oversees daily operations of the Watches and Fine Jewelry boutique at Oakridge, driving exceptional client experience and achieving sales goals while leading and developing the team. This role ensures adherence to brand standards across merchandising, client relations, and boutique operations while collaborating with Head Office and the Boutique Director. Responsibilities Lead and coach the boutique team to deliver luxury client experiences and meet sales targets Ensure boutique presentation, grooming, and visual merchandising meet brand standards Manage boutique operations including security, payments, returns, and inventory control Develop and maintain strong client relationships and oversee CRM accuracy Plan and execute events and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and client recruitment Coordinate staff scheduling, performance management, and operational organization Collaborate with Head Office on merchandise issues, budgets, and operational improvements Requirements Minimum 3 years management experience At least 5 years selling watches and fine jewelry Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated track record of achieving sales objectives Organizational and operational aptitude in a retail luxury environment Passion for delivering exceptional client service and building relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
