Senior Business Analyst, Specializing in System Management**About the mandate**We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for a major project for our client. You will actively participate in development projects, facilitate the transition of solutions from project mode to maintenance mode, and contribute to their smooth operational functioning.**Your responsibilities*** Receive, analyze and document user requirements for systems.* Write maintenance requests and specifications for essential improvements.* Analyze the operational impacts of proposed solutions and support development teams.* Support the entire acceptance testing cycle: planning, writing test cases, execution, results analysis and deviation monitoring.* Produce and update user documentation, such as guides and contextual help.* Provide second-level support to users after systems are put into production.* Ensure the transfer of knowledge to the client''''s internal resources.**Required qualifications and experience****Please note:** Only applications meeting 100% of the following criteria will be considered.* Have a minimum of **eight (8) years of experience** in the field of information technology.* Have accumulated at least **five (5) years of experience** as a systems pilot analyst.* Possess **three (3) years of experience** in preparing test equipment and performing acceptance tests.* Have completed **two (2) mandates of at least 100 person-days each** in systems management, including one mandate completed in the last three years.* Have completed **two (2) mandates of at least 100 person-days each** aimed at reviewing or implementing business processes, one of which must have resulted in changes to a mission system.**To apply**If you have the required expertise and are interested in this exciting challenge, please send us your detailed resume.
