Direct message the job poster from NLB Services An Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to support the IAM readiness work for the provincial CIS initiative. The role will focus on understanding the current IAM environment, identifying gaps that could affect CIS adoption, and helping plan and execute the changes needed to ensure a secure and reliable access model for go-live and beyond. The IAM Lead will work closely with SNBs enterprise IAM teams, CIS vendor teams, cybersecurity, HR, clinical leaders, and operational groups across Horizon and Vitalit. Some activities may be carried out directly within the project stream, while others will require coordinating work owned by SNB IAM or other partner teams. Key Responsibilities Current-State Review: Document existing identity sources, authentication models, access workflows, and role structures across partner organizations. Gap Identification: Assess where current IAM processes, technologies, and governance may not meet CIS requirements. Planning & Road Mapping: Develop clear plans to address gaps, sequencing work across project, vendor, and internal teams. Facilitation & Alignment: Bring together clinical, technical, operational, and security stakeholders to confirm decisions, align expectations, and resolve issues. Role & Access Model Oversight: Support the development of the CIS role and access framework, ensuring it aligns with IAM standards, clinical workflow needs, and organizational policies. Integration Coordination: Ensure that IAM-related integrations (e.g., with directory services, HR systems, identity sources, provisioning processes) are understood, validated, and on track. Change Support: Prepare partner teams for new or updated IAM processes, including onboarding, access request workflows, and support models. Issue Resolution & Evaluation: Track progress, monitor risks related to IAM readiness, and help troubleshoot issues that may impact CIS deployment. The chosen individuals work will be comprised of a mixture of steady state and project-based efforts. Some after hours and weekend work may be required for the successful candidate. Any overtime or work during non-business hours must be approved in advance. The language of work is English; French is an asset.
