Modernization Leadership : Demonstrated success in mainframe modernization initiatives, leveraging contemporary IBM solutions (e.g., Z/OS Connect, ZDIIH) to enhance system functionality and connectivity. Migration Strategy : Proven ability to architect solutions and develop effort estimates for migrating mainframe workloads to distributed system environments. Development Tools : Practical experience using IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz).
