VP of Operations Department: Operations Reports To: Brand President - Franchisee Base pay range: CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$180,000.00/yr Position Summary: The VP of Operations is the brand leader for all daytoday operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, exceeding the brands high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness, and ensuring the restaurants in the market are always sharp, safe, and ready for business. Success comes from building a winning team capable of executing our plans and growing EBITA in accordance with good business practices.
