Reporting to the Creative Director, the Digital Designer turns ideas into on-brand, high-converting creative for Dash Social''''s paid and organic marketing programs. You''''ll use motion design, video editing, and graphic design to produce work that is pixel-perfect and drives results. Responsibilities Work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering daily with product and performance marketers, writers, developers, and fellow designers to keep projects on brief, on schedule, and aligned with campaign goals. Storyboard and produce motion graphics and short-form videos for product launches, paid ads, social channels, and dashsocial.com. Design static assets (paid ads, infographics, email and landing-page visuals) that follow brand and accessibility guidelines and are built to convert. Develop reusable motion and design templates, manage and maintain our asset library, and ensure every deliverable is consistent with brand standards. Leverage performance data, test new creative approaches, and iterate quickly to improve conversion rates. Stay current on design trends, tools, and animation techniques and share learnings with the team. Desired Skills and Experience At least three years of in-house or agency experience creating motion and static assets for tech or SaaS brands. Proven experience designing high-performing paid media assets for B2B and/or B2B SaaS campaigns, especially on channels like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and how to adapt creative for awareness, consideration, and conversion stages. Confident point of view on emerging trends and best practices in B2B SaaS design, backed by performance data and testing. Advanced skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, Adobe Suite, and Figma. Curiosity about AI and how emerging tools can streamline workflows and elevate asset creation. Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, receive feedback, explain design choices to non-designers, and thrive on cross-team partnerships.
