Enterprise Systems Engineer The Enterprise Systems Engineer has a broad remit within our team, supporting the creation of integrated workflows between business critical systems across the enterprise. This role is critical to the support and enablement of our continued growth by ensuring that teams are enabled to use best-in-class tools in a seamlessly integrated environment. By building reusable orchestration systems, your work will build the foundation of how our production and business systems operate together as we continue to grow. You will gain experience with a broad range of systems, from virtual to physical, where you bring your knowledge and drive to enable others to shape how we work at IREN. Job Requirements Expertise in system integration technologies (N8N, Workato, Zapier, Boomi, etc.) and/or orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, etc.). Strong programming skills for developing solutions (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc); Experience integrating with the Microsoft 365 suite and Entra ID a strong asset. Experience with ERP (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP), HRIS (HiBOB, Workday, etc.), CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc) or other enterprise software platforms a strong asset. Familiarity with data architecture, data governance, and security best practices. Bachelor''''s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent combination of education/experience. Job Responsibilities Be responsible for managing system integrations, data flows, and custom development efforts to ensure interaction between different business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) and other internal systems. Lead the development of custom solutions, integrations, automations, and enhancements within IT enterprise systems based on business needs. Develop custom applications, scripts, and automations to meet specific business needs that cannot be addressed by out-of-the-box solutions. Ensure data consistency and integrity across all systems by managing data flows, handling data transformations, and applying governance rules. Maintain and manage APIs and middleware solutions to connect systems, reduce manual work, and streamline business processes. Ensure that all integrations and custom developments adhere to the organization''''s security protocols. Use a ticketing system for tracking issues, troubleshooting, user support and internal communications. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving system integration issues, providing technical support, and maintaining system uptime. Work with a dynamic team where roles are fluid, but goals are unified. Expect to learn skills beyond the role, and continuously improve your craft. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and deliver efficiencies between systems. Job Benefits Salary range: Starting at CAD$100,000/annum, depending on experience.
