Overview Join to apply for the Product Operations Lead | Mayfair Shopping Centre role at lululemon This role is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. The Product Operations Lead leads inventory shifts, oversees all back of house (BOH) product operations, ensures the floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts. The role also delivers a world-class guest experience when scheduled to work on the floor. Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life. Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs. Execute product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing). Engage team members in inventory management and maintain a productive shift environment. Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and product availability for guests. Analyze daily business data and metrics to inform actions and advise on product focus or pricing where applicable. Participate in the stores hiring process, onboarding, and training. Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support learning and development. Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment. As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world-class guest experience. Qualifications & Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. Work schedule may vary; shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; may include early mornings or late nights during peak periods. 1 year of work experience; experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics; experience leading or mentoring others is desirable. Education: High school diploma/GED or higher; retail, distribution, or warehouse operations experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: $22.75 - $26.17/hour Target Bonus: $2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.75 - $28.17/hour lululemons pay-for-performance philosophy may include bonuses and equity offerings, subject to eligibility.
