PSI Relations Officer Lead CPA Ontarios PSI Partnerships and Accreditation. Overview CPA Ontario is currently searching for a PSI Relations Officer to manage strategic partnerships with CPA-Accredited Post-Secondary Institutions (PSIs), overseeing program accreditation, funding, and quality assurance. In this role you will support operational and policy development, administer funding and support initiatives, and contribute to the development of the CPA Accreditation process for the new CPA Professional Program. What Youll Be Doing Managing the development of the Accredited PSI Pathway partnerships and the related accreditation process, including accreditation evaluation frameworks, application and renewal processes, quality assurance and governance. Acting as a key relationship manager with Accredited PSIs while collaborating with the PSI Director and Specialist to oversee the continuous delivery of PSI graduate programs and support the accreditation process. Managing the CPA accreditation process for the Accredited PSI Pathway, staffing the CPA Ontario Accreditation Review Team, performing accreditation reviews of program proposals and content, executing related agreements, maintaining CPA-Accredited program courses, and conducting annual program quality assurance processes. Supporting the development of operational Accredited PSI pathway program/student processes, including reviewing and creating related policies. Managing the CPA Ontario PSI funding program and operational funding processes: reviewing proposals, budgets, and annual reports, and administering quality assurance and reporting. Overseeing department budgets, completing variance analysis and the accruals process. Who You Are A CPA in good standing with at least 5 years of postdesignation experience, and/or a degree in Education or a related field (masters preferred). Familiarity with the postsecondary education system in Canada is required. A clear and confident communicator who collaborates and builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders and senior leadership. Proficient in business writing and producing communications for diverse audiences. Analytical, detailoriented, with sound judgment and decisionmaking. Technically savvy: experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Teams, and ideally Salesforce and Power BI.
