Squeeky Kleen Auto Car & RV Wash General Store Manager Terms of employment: Fulltime, Permanent Number of Positions: 1 Job Duties Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the auto and RV wash facility, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency. Plan, organize and evaluate daytoday workflow, staffing levels and customer service standards to maintain consistent store performance. Supervise cashiers, assign daily duties, monitor work performance and provide ongoing direction to staff during all operating hours. Handle customer service issues, resolve complaints, and address service or supply shortages in a timely and professional manner. Manage inventory of cleaning products, retail items and operational supplies; place orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock. Determine appropriate services and retail products to offer based on customer demand and operational needs. Assist in setting service pricing and apply promotional or discount strategies when required. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and provide regular operational reports to the business owner. Identify staffing needs, participate in recruitment, conduct interviews and oversee onboarding and training of new employees. Conduct regular staff performance reviews and implement corrective or improvement plans when necessary. Administer payroll processes including time tracking, schedule approvals and submission of payroll data. Coordinate repair requests, schedule equipment maintenance and communicate with technicians to ensure all machinery remains operational and safe. Job Requirements Experience: 35 years of related experience at increasing level of responsibility is required. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
