Reporting and Analytics Specialist McCain Foods invites applications for the Reporting and Analytics Specialist role. This fulltime position is based in Florenceville, NB and supports our Employee Experience Centre in a hybrid work setting. About The Role As a Reporting & Analytics Specialist, you will primarily respond to HR report requests submitted for data from our core Global HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), ServiceNow, etc.). Your responsibilities include: Develop HR reports, dashboards, tiles, and data views from Global HR systems. Monitor the HR Reporting and Analytics case queue and complete requests in line with service level agreements and quality metrics. Conduct intake calls for complex reporting requests and escalates to the improvement process. Reinforce our security model through process and controls, ensuring data is delivered securely and to authorized recipients. Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by providing customerfocused service, including clear updates and accuracy in deliverables. Partner with HR organizations to deliver key projects related to HR reporting and analytics. Identify opportunities to provide selfservice reporting capabilities and deliver training and consultation to stakeholders. Collaborate with Employee Experience Centre teams to resolve performance issues and data inaccuracies identified via reporting technology. Contribute to testing, breakfix analysis, and opportunity analysis in collaboration with the Digital HR Team. Work with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to provide advisory services on HR data, reporting analytics, and intersecting processes. Design, develop, and implement reporting & analytics solutions that improve business decisions and operational efficiency. What Youll Need To Be Successful 3+ years of experience in an HR technology or reporting/analytics role with strong data visualization skills. Proficiency working with SuccessFactors, UKG Pro Workforce Management, ServiceNow, and SAP HCM systems. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence senior managers and collaborate constructively with diverse personalities. Judgment and discretion with highly confidential personnel information. Strong organization skills, prioritizing workload and managing multiple tasks independently. Experience with PowerBI, DAX, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel (asset). Background in advanced analytics, mathematics or statistical analysis (asset). Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams. Fluent in English (required). French or Spanish as a second language (preferred). Compensation and Benefits Compensation Package: CAD $65,500.00 $87,400.00 annually + Bonus Eligibility.
