Take on the Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations role at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) and help drive innovation in our digital marketing ecosystem. Reporting to the Principal Creative & Marketing Operations, this position supports strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across our marketing ecosystem. What You Will Do Platform Optimization & Automation Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Qvidian, Smartsheet, and other systems. Implement automation opportunities across campaign workflows, reporting, and content delivery using tools like Power Automate, Power BI, Salesforce reporting. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to enhance platforms and troubleshoot issues. Analyze current marketing operations workflows to identify inefficiencies. Implement process improvements using Lean or Agile principles. Maintain SOPs and documentation for marketing systems and processes. Management Reporting Provide targeted sales and marketing reports with insights to drive productivity and alignment. Provide leadership with comprehensive reports that include key sales metrics and forecasting insights to support strategic decisionmaking and performance tracking. Support sales leads in development of quarterly institutional sales board reports to be delivered to affiliates. Marketing Reporting & Insights Build and maintain realtime marketing dashboards with key KPIs. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as conversion, engagement, and ROI. Report on audience behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity to guide strategy. Pilot AI tools to enhance content generation, personalization, and campaign performance. Support and evolve digital platformswebsites, portals, and internal toolsensuring alignment with brand, UX, and compliance standards. Marketing Operations Support Manage marketing projects from intake to execution, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including HR, IS, and external partners, to align timelines and support initiatives. Monitor project progress and implement mitigation strategies. Manage subscriptions related to business intelligence and information databases. What You Bring 7+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations, digital marketing, or martech roles. Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Qvidian, Power BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft365. Experience with automation tools and AI platforms (Copilot, ChatGPT, and Power Automate). Experience in the asset management or investment industry is an asset. Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Familiarity with compliance and data governance in marketing contexts. The starting salary for this position is $80,000, with an annual performance bonus that contributes to total compensation.
