As a Business Systems Architect, youll lead the design of scalable enterprise solutions connecting Salesforce, Snowflake, and Workatopowering automation and datadriven decisionmaking across our Revenue, Finance, and Product organizations. Youll shape the technical vision, establish architectural standards, and partner crossfunctionally to build an ecosystem that scales with the companys growth. What Youll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprisescale architecture strategy for Business Systems aligned with organizational goals. Architect scalable systems and integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake, and other core business applications to enable unified data flow and process automation. Own the integration strategy using Workato and API frameworks to connect GTM and backoffice systems efficiently and securely. Partner with business and data teams to define sourceoftruth models and ensure consistent data definitions across platforms and maintain data governance. Design and document system architecture, data contracts, and integration patterns to support new initiatives and ongoing enhancements. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that strengthen the business systems stack, improve data quality, or enhance user experience. Establish governance standards for APIs, automation, and metadata management to maintain system integrity and scalability. Lead technical implementation and coordinate with developers and admins to ensure delivery quality, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to uphold security and privacy requirements in system design and data movement. Oversee the implementation, integration, and upgrades of enterprise business systems (e.g., Salesforce, IronClad, Snowflake, Workato, Gong). Address system issues promptly and develop longterm solutions to prevent recurring problems. What We Look For 7+ years of experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Solution Architecture roles. Handson expertise with Salesforce (Sales/Service/Experience Clouds), including data model design, integrations, and automation best practices. Bachelors degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to take initiative while collaborating closely with teammates, learning from others, and sharing insights with the broader team. Proficiency in Salesforce Apex (required) and SOQL (required), Snowflake, and other reporting tools. Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of QuotetoCash processes and systems such as Salesforce CPQ. Extensive crossfunctional experience with excellent collaboration skills, capable of working with all levels of management across diverse functional teams. Comfortable in unstructured environments, balancing longterm architecture with quick wins that drive business impact. Understanding intricate system architecture where data flows through interconnected systems managed by various teams. Experience with system implementations, user acceptance testing, and related documentation. Experience using tools such as Gearset or GitHub Actions to support CI/CD pipelines. Nice to have: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Integration Architect, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect. Base Pay Pay Grade: L Equity Grade: 5 Base pay range per year: $125,000 $175,000 (actual entry pay varies by location, experience, and jobrelated skills).
