Employment Conditions Salary: $28.65 per hour Benefits Group insurance and pension plan Employee and family assistance program Stimulating, meaningful, and human work in a unique environment allowing for expanded professional practice Continuous training program and opportunities for advancement and development 4 weeks of vacation after one year of service Northern premiums and other employment conditions Isolation allowance (without dependents) between $227.69 and $268.59 per week, depending on the village Isolation allowance (with dependents) between $401.36 and $473.51 per week, depending on the village Retention bonus: Between $34.78 and $68.13 per week, depending on the village and seniority. Cost of living allowance: Between $58.40 and $188.72 per week, depending on the village.
