Base pay range CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$140,000.00/yr In this Plant Controller role, you will oversee all financial operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost optimization. You will act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, driving decisions that enhance efficiency and profitability. Our client is an internationally recognized leader in the manufacturing industry within its sector. Missions Oversee all financial activities for the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Partner with operations leadership to optimize cost efficiency and improve profitability. Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management. Lead inventory valuation, cost accounting, and capital expenditure tracking. Support audits and maintain accurate financial records. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Plant Controller or Finance leadership role. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory. Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
