Toast is recruiting on behalf of a global law firm for a Solution Analyst to join their Integrations & Development team within Enterprise Applications. Reporting to the Team Lead and working alongside a distributed group of skilled Solution Analysts, this position offers the opportunity to design and implement meaningful technical solutions in support of enterprise goals. Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Job Description Join a global law firms Enterprise Applications team to create, integrate, and support technology solutions that drive business success. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Toast by 2x. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed, actionable technical specifications. Design, develop, and integrate new and existing systems in alignment with strategic business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and ensure seamless solution delivery. Evaluate and recommend software solutions and perform handson development using modern technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high reliability and user satisfaction. Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures. Conduct training for end users and contribute to knowledge sharing through knowledgebase articles and runbooks. Participate in postpatch testing, system upgrades, and afterhours support as required. Adhere to ITSM processes including change management, incident resolution, and root cause analysis. Ensure all solutions comply with technical governance and security standards. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in IT with a background in development, integration, or database administration. Proficiency in: .NET (C#) PowerShell Microsoft SQL Server (including SSRS, SSIS) Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) Automation tools (RPA or test automation) SharePoint, HTML, JavaScript Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences. Experience with legal industry platforms (document, practice, knowledge, or case management) is an asset. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English; French bilingualism is an asset. ITIL Foundation certification. Willingness to support nonstandard hours for upgrades and support tasks.
