Our client is a leading Professional Services Organization. They require an SAP ABAP Manager. Please note that up to 30% travel may be required. This is a Permanent position, NOT a contract. Experience managing small to mid size development teams of 2-10 developers SAP ABAP or Netweaver XI development, plus custom development experience such as JAVA or .Net Superior written and verbal communication skills Experience working with remote teams Experience in trouble shooting, performance tuning, writing technical specifications from functional design specifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to support pre-sales and perform development estimates Experience with other programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, XML, HTML and UNIX Shell Experience with middleware tools such as Microsoft Biztalk, Mercator and WMQ Experience in SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PS is beneficial Post-implementation support experience Bachelor''''s Degree with additional business certification is highly preferred Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Experience in working with remote teams Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple tasks with confidence Ability to develop project estimates and work plans Ability to complete tasks within budget and timelines Ability to follow development processes, standards, and guidelines Knowledge or experience with CMM is beneficial NetWeaver XIand/or SAP ABAP certification If you''''re not interested, but know someone who is, please help a current or former colleague in their career development by referring them.
