Responsibilities Dispatch and route drivers efficiently to meet delivery schedules Communicate with drivers regarding load details, routes, and any issues on the road Monitor driver progress using GPS and dispatch software Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and receivers Track loads and ensure accurate documentation Resolve delays, breakdowns, or route issues quickly and professionally Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Requirements Previous experience as a trucking dispatcher preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of trucking operations, routes, and logistics Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficiency with dispatch software and basic computer skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay Steady work with a growing company Supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term growth
