About the Company The Manufacturing Operations Analyst is responsible for interpreting and correlating Vision AI insights with miscellaneous other systems to generate actionable, GMP-aligned insights for aseptic and sterile manufacturing. This role bridges the gap between manufacturing operations and IT/analytics teams. This role ensures data from multi systems is interpreted with manufacturing context, reducing false positives, improving trust with QA, and enabling faster, more confident decision-making. About the Role The Manufacturing Operations Analyst is responsible for interpreting and correlating Vision AI insights with miscellaneous other systems to generate actionable, GMP-aligned insights for aseptic and sterile manufacturing. Responsibilities Interpret Vision AI signals (operator interventions, glove usage, vial stability, line stoppages) in batch and shift context. Correlate Vision AI events with other systems, batch records and equipment data. Perform batch-wise, shift-wise, and deviation analysis to support RCA and CAPA. Translate insights into QA- and audit-ready narratives. Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to ensure operational relevance of dashboards and models. Track KPIs such as deviation prevention, downtime avoidance, and sterility risk reduction. Qualifications 712 years of experience in pharma manufacturing operations (aseptic fill-finish / sterile injectables). Strong understanding of batch manufacturing, shift operations, and deviation management. Prior roles in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Technical Operations. Exposure to MES/eBR, SCADA, and QA workflows. Working knowledge of Python; Working knowledge in Visual tools like but not limited to PowerBI. Required Skills Strong understanding of batch manufacturing, shift operations, and deviation management. Working knowledge of Python. Working knowledge in Visual tools like but not limited to PowerBI.
