What You Will Do Support the Health & Safety Manager in delivering the companys safety program across active ICI sites Complete regular site inspections, document findings, and help drive corrective actions Assist with worker and subcontractor orientations, toolbox talks, and safety communication Help ensure compliance with OHSA and Ontario Construction Regulations Support incident and nearmiss reporting, investigations, and prevention initiatives Maintain safety documentation including inspections, training records, and site safety materials What You Bring 13+ years of safety experience in construction (ICI experience is an asset) Strong communication skills and confidence working with trades and site teams Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment Working knowledge of Ontario construction safety requirements Certifications (Required or an Asset) Working at Heights (required or willing to obtain) WHMIS (required or willing to obtain) First Aid/CPR (asset) JHSC certification (asset) NCSO or equivalent (asset) Why This Role You will be joining a company that values health and safety and is actively investing in building a stronger program and a stronger team.
