Job Summary We are currently looking to fill a Friday Night Dishwashing shift 5-12 We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring a clean and efficient environment while supporting food preparation and service. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe working environment. Support the cooking staff by preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking tasks as needed. Help with serving food to guests during meal times, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Perform regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
