Responsibilities and qualifications: Responsible for the safe, accurate and timely delivery of corporate catering orders and retail products to our clients. This person follows daily delivery schedules, ensures all orders are checked for quality and completeness prior to departure, and acts as a professional ambassador of the Epicuria brand while on the road and onsite with clients. The Corporate Delivery Driver also supports the production team with packing and light logistics as required. Job Responsibilities include: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with all deliveries. Carefully reviewing orders against packing lists to ensure accuracy and completeness. Loading and unloading catering equipment, food and beverage items in a safe and organized manner. Delivering orders on schedule while maintaining food quality and presentation standards. Setting up corporate luncheon deliveries as required, including placement of food, beverages and service items. Acting as a professional and courteous point of contact for clients at delivery locations. Communicating any client feedback, issues or discrepancies to the catering manager promptly. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and storage areas. Assisting with packing, labeling and light cleaning duties during non-delivery times. Organizing and maintaining a favourable working relationship with all associates and customers to foster and promote a co-operative and value-added relationship. Efficiently and professionally anticipating customer needs and requirements while onsite. Adhering to all food safety, health and safety, and company policies and procedures. Job Requirements: Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record. Previous delivery or catering experience is considered an asset. Strong customer service skills and professional presentation. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and manage physical aspects of the role. Good working knowledge of food handling and safe transport practices. Ability to work in a high volume and busy environment. Strong time management skills and ability to work independently. Flexibility with early mornings and occasional evenings/weekends as required. Attention to detail and sensitive deadlines.
