Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using Square POS systems Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform cashiering duties including cash handling and retail math calculations Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operation during shifts Demonstrate knowledge of etiquette and protocols to enhance guest satisfaction Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption Skills Proven experience as a bartender in food service, restaurant, nightclub, or banquet settings with a focus on hospitality excellence Strong knowledge of Square POS systems for efficient order processing Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts seamlessly Exceptional customer service skills to engage guests and promote sales effectively Familiarity with food & Beverage safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is advantageous for creating specialty drinks Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth service flow Join us as a Bartender and bring your lively spirit, professional expertise, and passion for hospitality to create unforgettable moments for our guests.
