We are currently building our 2026 Summer Camps coaching team across Canada. We are looking for driven, soccer-passionate Assistant Coaches to join us on a weekly contract basis for our official Bara+ (FC Barcelona Experience) camps. About the Role As a Canada-based Assistant Coach, you will work side by side with official Bara+ coaching staff, delivering elite European methodology to young players across the country. Your mission will be to support high-level technical sessions and help athletes elevate their individual performance in a structured, professional environment. This is an intense, hands-on role ideal for individuals who truly understand the game and want exposure to world-class European training standards. Key Responsibilities Assist official Bara+ coaches during training sessions Support technical drills focused on ball control, positioning, and tactical awareness Help players improve individual skills and confidence Maintain a disciplined and professional training environment Supervise and guide players throughout camp activities Support daily camp coordination and logistics Requirements Full availability for one full camp week (mandatory) Strong soccer playing background (required) Experience working with youth players preferred Fluent English (French is a strong asset, especially for Quebec) High level of responsibility and maturity Energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset Legally authorized to work in Canada Camp Locations Camps will take place across multiple provinces, including: British Columbia Alberta Saskatchewan Manitoba Ontario Quebec Why Join Us?
