Our client, a leading mining consulting firm, is looking for a Hydrogeological Modeler to join their growing team in Vancouver. Our client is looking for Hydrogeological Modelers at different levels of their career to support projects and teams. Perks & Benefits: Strong compensation at $80,000 - $110,000 Full benefits package Strong vacation package Work from a beautiful office downtown Vancouver Potential for hybrid work after probation What You Will Be Doing: Develop and review groundwater flow, pore pressure, and contaminant transport models Provide modeling support to engineering design and remediation projects Contribute to mining studies from early assessments through permitting and operations Develop conceptual site models and support clear technical reporting Collaborate with office and field teams, including occasional fieldwork Who You Are: Masters degree or higher in hydrogeology, geology, engineering, or a related field Experience with numerical groundwater modeling (FEFLOW preferred) Familiarity with coding, statistics, uncertainty analysis, and Leapfrog Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams Eligible for professional registration in BC Valid Canadian drivers license and eligibility to work in Canada
