Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Burnaby, BC for a Legal Administrative Assistant primarily in the area of Family Law and Estate Litigation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support including preparing and reviewing legal documents, maintaining organized case files, scheduling appointments, and ensuring effective communication with clients and other stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating meetings and booking trials and chambers applications. Qualifications Knowledge of law and experience with legal document preparation Strong communication skills and ability to professionally interact with clients and team members Proficiency in administrative assistance and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in office management software and tools (e.g., Clio, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office) Previous legal administrative experience A diploma or certification in Legal Administration Salary Commensurate with experience beginning at $50,000+
