The Opportunity We are seeking a Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences at House of McGrath, our exciting new restaurant. Youll provide warm, attentive service to guests, ensure smooth table turnover, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives in hospitality and loves making people happy through great food and service. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly with a smile. Maintain table cleanliness, anticipate guest needs, and upsell specials or drinks confidently. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and resolve any issues seamlessly. Process payments accurately, handle cash-outs, and balance end-of-shift reports. Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to deliver safe, high-quality service every shift. Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and supporting team during peak hours. Qualifications 12+ years of restaurant serving experience. Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude under pressure. Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
