Performance Management- Lead end-to-end performance management (goal setting progress tracking result application)- Deliver monthly/quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics 2. Talent Infrastructure- Key talent programs: High-potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline- Employee growth initiatives: Promotion frameworks, engagement programs- Training execution: Onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops 3. Culture Operations- Organize quarterly town halls & annual leadership strategy sessions- Lead internal culture publication (Rice Grains)- Drive employee experience improvement projects Requirements: 1. Mandatory- Fluent in Chinese and English(reading/writing)- 2. 3+ years in culture/organization/talent development 3.Valid US visa (for occasional short-term travel) 4.
