POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Care Manager plans, directs, and oversees all activities related to resident care and well-being. They ensure compliance with professional standards and the regulations governing the certification of private seniors residences in their sector. Schedule: Full-time, day shift. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Management Act as an intermediary for various external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, CLSC, CISSS/CIUSSS, etc.) Health Care Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors home certification and the code of ethics Help maintain the relationship of trust with residents family and friends as well as with various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.) Proactively assist and support the residents Provide a range of nursing care and treatments in order to maintain and restore residents health and to help prevent illness Respond to all emergency situations EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in nursing with a minimum of 1 year in administration A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software Member of the OIIAQ Experience in personnel management BENEFITS: Annual Performance Bonus Uniform provided Sick days and time off for family obligations Floating days off Social leave Vacation Human management approach Challenging opportunities, up to your ambitions!
