As Restaurant Manager, youll ensure every guest enjoys a consistently outstanding experience by leading seamless operations and a dedicated team in a lively hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities Direct front- and back-of-house operations for flawless daily execution of scheduling, inventory, and service flow. Monitor guest feedback closely, resolve issues immediately, and refine processes to maintain top-tier service quality. Integrate brewery operations smoothly with restaurant service. Use operational insights and guest input to perfect workflows. Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and facilities maintenance. Build relationships with regulars and VIPs Maintain accurate records for health inspections, liquor license renewals, and fire safety compliance. Qualifications 35+ years hands-on restaurant management (casual dining, pubs, or breweries preferred). Valid SmartServe certification and FoodSafe certification. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving under pressure. Strong grasp of Toronto hospitality regulations and high-volume operations.
