Project Manager IT III (AI Delivery Lead) Location: Toronto Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Duration: February 24, 2026 August 14, 2026 Extension: Possible based on business needs Role Overview This role supports the expanding GenAI Delivery Program as an AI Delivery Lead, operating as a senior coordination layer across multiple AI delivery teams. The position provides overarching delivery oversight and structured cross-team alignment but does not own technical design or direct project leadership. The successful candidate will enable Project Managers by managing inter-team orchestration, surfacing risks, coordinating dependencies, and supporting production readiness across AI initiatives. This is not a hands-on AI engineering role. It is a senior delivery coordination and stakeholder management role within a complex, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Delivery Oversight & Coordination Develop and maintain integrated AI delivery plans from discovery through production Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and commitments across AI, Data, Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams Ensure alignment across three delivery teams and their respective PMs Risk & Dependency Management Monitor delivery risks related to data availability, model readiness, compliance, security, and integration Track cross-functional dependencies and escalate conflicts early Recommend mitigation strategies and maintain structured visibility Production & Deployment Readiness Coordinate transition and handover activities Ensure security, architecture, and compliance checkpoints are met Support deployment planning and operational readiness Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting Translate technical progress into business-friendly updates Support PM communications with clear risk and timeline reporting Serve as a secondary delivery contact for cross-functional stakeholders Required Qualifications 8+ years supporting complex digital, data, or AI delivery initiatives Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in matrixed environments Working knowledge of AI/ML delivery lifecycles Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise release processes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience coordinating resources across multiple teams Nice-to-Have PMP or Six Sigma certification Experience within large financial services environments Strong structured problem-solving capabilities Note: We use AI tools to: obtain basic information, detect plagiarism, false employment history or references, categorize your skills, and do an initial match with job posting.
