FF&E Project Manager Luxury Residential Design Our client is seeking an experienced FF&E Project Manager to lead the planning, sourcing, procurement, and execution of luxury residential design projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys managing multiple high-end projects from concept through installation. Responsibilities Creating, planning, and managing project schedules to ensure timelines are met Managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion Selecting and sourcing products or developing custom work for FF&E, including case goods, upholstery, drapery, fabrics, and purchased items Assembling and managing quotations for RFEs and RFIs and ensuring accuracy Tendering millwork and stone packages Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships while sourcing new suppliers and manufacturers and negotiating best pricing Creating and maintaining product sample libraries from key manufacturers Working with suppliers to obtain pricing, delivery timelines, and shipping details while negotiating trade discounts and payment terms Coordinating transportation, freight logistics, deliveries, and installations Ensuring all project details align with company design and quality standards Qualifications Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field Strong project leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large, complex projects Minimum 5 years of design experience with a specialization in FF&E Strong knowledge of furniture, fabrics, accessories, art, drapery, decorative lighting, and finishes Experience researching trends, new products, and industry innovations Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and millwork packages Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities Must be legally entitled to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work permit). Ability to work outside Canada is an asset.
