Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Superintendent will mainly be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising and coordinating work performed on construction sites and fields, including: Manage field crews and coordinate work force. Review and ensure project labor requirements are met. Plan and oversee field operational activities. Create project schedules and manage field resources. Complete site inspections and monitor progress. Supervise operations, ensure targets and quality protocols are achieved. Complete reports and required documents. Hold and attend meetings, both project specific and general. Promote safety and ensure program compliance. Coordinate project materials and tool/equipment management. Set team goals and promote operational success. Coordinate service calls and adapt to changes. Lead by example and foster company culture. Provide effective communication, both internal and external. Develop industry engagement. Qualifications Experience with service, installation and testing of all water-based suppression systems, foam systems, special hazard systems and fire pumps. Sprinkler Fitters Journeypersons certificate with Red Seal (an asset). Knowledge of required codes and standards. Ability to read and interpret project drawings. Proficient level of computer literacy. Team first mentality. High level of communication is required. Strong customer service skills. Safety first attitude. Valid drivers license is mandatory.
