'' '' Job Summary Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is to contribute to your stores success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building meaningful longterm relationships, and playing an important role in daytoday operations. You help optimize inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual/merchandising standards. You also manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and ecommerce order fulfillment. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
