Job Overview The Finance Manager, Business Partnering plays a critical role within our finance team, driving financial initiatives while building strong relationships with operational leaders and partner dentists. Youll support financial strategy, provide operational insights, and help enhance performance across regions and clinics all while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Support Support implementation of financial strategies aligned with business goals Partner with senior finance & operations on planning, forecasting & budgeting Provide timely insights and recommendations to support decision-making Financial Analysis & Reporting Lead financial performance analysis across regions/clinics Prepare clear, actionable financial reports for Operations & FP&A Identify trends, risks & opportunities to drive performance Business Partnership Serve as key finance contact for operations leaders & partners Provide financial guidance to Regional Managers & Directors Collaborate to develop solutions that enhance profitability & efficiency Lead quarterly partner meetings to review financials & KPIs Support implementation of dashboards & performance metrics General Accounting Support AP, AR, revenue, reconciliations & financial statements Address discrepancies and support compliance processes Assist with inventory management and counts Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead annual budgets, forecasts & long-term planning Monitor performance vs. plan and recommend corrective actions Cost Management & Efficiency Identify cost-saving opportunities & process improvements Monitor operational & capital expenditures Team Collaboration & Leadership Build, mentor & lead a high-performing finance team Foster collaboration and continuous improvement Contribute to a positive, growth-focused culture Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related field MBA, CFA or CPA preferred 10+ years progressive finance experience Required Skills & Strengths Experience supporting multi-site operations & remote teams Knowledge and working experience with Workday Predictive (Budgeting) is a plus Strong analytical & financial reporting expertise Strategic, client-focused business partnering mindset Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills Ability to navigate ambiguity & drive alignment Strong leadership and team development capabilities Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities Working Environment Highly professional, collaborative culture Supportive leadership focused on your growth Dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization A team that values partnership, innovation & impact 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
