Postule maintenant! titre de Coordonnateur(trice) en sant et scurit, ton rle consistera : Prvention et conformit laborer, mettre jour et dployer le programme de prvention SST. Veiller au respect de la Loi sur la sant et la scurit au travail de lOntario (OHSA) et de ses rglements applicables, ainsi que des politiques internes. Surveillance et inspection Inspecter rgulirement les chantiers pour identifier les risques et dangers. Surveiller linstallation et lutilisation des quipements de protection individuelle (EPI). Coordination des activits Coordonner les activits SST entre les diffrents employeurs, sous-traitants et quipes sur le chantier. Assurer le suivi des mesures correctives et la conformit aux procdures de scurit. Formation et sensibilisation Former et sensibiliser les travailleurs aux risques spcifiques et aux pratiques de travail scuritaires. Supporter les superviseurs dans la communication des bonnes pratiques SST. Enqute et intervention Recevoir et analyser les avis daccidents ou quasi-accidents. Enquter sur les incidents et recommander des mesures correctives. Accompagner les inspections des autorits rglementaires (MLITSD / Ministry of Labour). Communication et culture de scurit Faire le lien entre les travailleurs, les superviseurs, les sous-traitants et les comits SST (JHSC). Agir comme conseiller technique pour instaurer et maintenir une culture de scurit proactive sur le chantier. Possdes-tu ce quil faut? Tu es anim(e) par un esprit dquipe, une vision durable et lenvie de btir quelque chose qui compte? Tu pourrais bien tre la personne quil nous faut. Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) qui possde : Diplme en sant et scurit au travail ou quivalent. Minimum de 3 ans dexprience en SST sur chantier de construction. Connaissance approfondie de lOHSA, du Construction Projects Regulation et des normes de lindustrie. Certifications JHSC et Working at Heights (atouts ou requises selon chantier). Capacit travailler sur plusieurs sites et se dplacer rgulirement. Excellentes habilets en communication en franais et anglais. Permis de conduire valide. As a Health and Safety Coordinator/ Advisor, your role will consist of: Prevention and Compliance Develop, update, and deploy the Health & Safety prevention program. Ensure compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Construction Projects Regulation, and internal policies. Monitoring and Inspections Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions. Monitor the proper installation and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Health & Safety Coordination Coordinate Health & Safety activities among multiple employers, subcontractors, and site teams. Track and follow up on corrective actions and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Training and Awareness Deliver Health & Safety training and awareness to workers regarding site-specific hazards and safe work practices. Support supervisors in communicating and reinforcing Health & Safety best practices. Incident Investigation and Response Receive and analyze incident and near-miss reports. Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive measures. Accompany and support regulatory inspections conducted by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD). Communication and Safety Culture Act as a liaison between workers, supervisors, subcontractors, and Joint Health and Safety Committees (JHSC). Serve as a technical advisor to promote and maintain a proactive Health & Safety culture on construction sites. Do you have what it takes?
