Your mission: increase conversion, accelerate activation, and build repeat usage loops that drive measurable business outcomes. What Youll Do Activation & Conversion Define and optimize the user and business onboarding journey across touchpoints Identify friction in the funnel and design features and nudges that increase signup to activation conversion Set and own key metrics (e.g., activation rate, time to first order, repeat order rate) and move them with measurable experiments Experimentation & Rapid Shipping Lead rapid A/B tests, prototypes, and product experiments to validate hypotheses Prioritize high-impact opportunities and ship small, iterative releases Learn fast, adapt, and evolve product solutions based on results Data-Driven Decision Making Interpret user behavior data and imperfect signals to inform product direction Define baseline metrics, build dashboards, and troubleshoot data quality challenges Use product analytics and ML insights to guide prioritization and optimization Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with engineering, design, growth, and customer success to deliver solutions end to end Translate product strategy into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables Represent the product vision to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and conviction Communicate clearly on tradeoffs, results, and next steps Use AI to move faster Leverage AI to generate hypotheses, analyze behavior patterns, and prioritize experiments Build lightweight workflows that reduce manual analysis and increase product velocity Continuously explore tools that accelerate shipping and insight generation Work through ambiguity Make decisions with incomplete or imperfect data Balance short term wins with longer term product foundations Navigate competing priorities across teams without losing focus on impact What You Bring You thrive in fast moving startup environments where ownership is real and expectations are high. Must Haves: Proven track record of launching and iterating product experiences that improved key business metrics Experience working in early-stage or scaling startups where shipping fast and prioritizing ruthlessly is the norm Experience with marketplace or multi-sided platforms Background building habit-forming product experiences Demonstrated track record of shipping quickly and improving core metrics Bias toward action and comfort making decisions without perfect information Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with messy or incomplete datasets Experience in a scaling startup where processes are still being built Clear, direct communication style Bonus Points: Experience in marketplace, B2B2C, or multi sided platforms Experience building habit forming products Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel/Amplitude/PostHog/GA) or SQL is a plus Deep curiosity about AI and practical use of AI in day to day product work What Success Looks Like (First 60 to 90 Days) You have a clear view of the activation and usage funnel with baseline metrics You have shipped multiple experiments that target signup conversion or first order rate At least 1 key activation or usage KPI shows measurable improvement The team sees you as decisive, data informed, and execution focused There is visible momentum in how quickly product ideas move from concept to production
