Apply now to join our dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaners and janitorsInspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are metRecommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipmentHire and train cleaning staffPrepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departmentsPrepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial recordsReceive payment for specialized cleaning jobsMay perform certain cleaning duties.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industryStrong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and sanitationBasic computer skillsAbility to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods of timeExperience in training and developing staff is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
