OverviewManager, Sales Coordination within the Direct Sales, Equipment Finance team at NBC. This role leads a team that supports client success across Canada, drives operational excellence, and manages risk in equipment financing. You will help shape strategy, improve processes, and lead change while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.Youll be at the heart of a multi-billion dollar business line, shaping strategy and contributing to initiatives that enhance efficiency and client experience.Your roleLead a team of business coordinators to deliver exceptional client service and operational support.Implement and optimize business processes that support sales growth and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and ensure policy adherence.Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and performance management.Drive change initiatives and contribute to strategic projects that improve efficiency and client experience.Represent the team in enterprise-wide initiatives and communicate performance metrics to leadership.Your teamThe Direct Sales team is made up of professionals who work collaboratively to support equipment financing across Canada. Youll report to the Regional Sales Director and work closely with leaders in credit, operations, legal, and finance.
