Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Commercial Landscape Construction Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on position working on commercial and municipal landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit, and is eager to learn and grow within the industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, grading, and excavation Install hardscape elements (pavers, retaining walls, armour stone etc.) Assist with softscape installation (trees, shrubs, sod, soil, mulch) Operate hand and power tools safely Load and unload materials and equipment Follow project plans and supervisor instructions Maintain a clean and safe job site Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous landscape or construction experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and punctuality Valid G driver''s license (preferred), AR license an asset.
