What You Will Do: Provide world-class customer service by helping customers, answering questions, and sharing your passion for our mission when greeting donors. Assist in the scheduling of staff and preparation of time and attendance reports. Assist the Manager or Assistant Manager in the day to day operations of the store and donation center. Train, develop and supervise team members. Assist the Store Manager in complying with all organizational image, security and safety practices according to policies and procedures. Maintain acceptable product standards. Follow Goodwill''s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines. Contribute to teamwork with added activities Help to keep the donor area look clean, organized and safe Responsible for opening and closing tasks, which includes working evenings and weekends. What We Are Looking For: Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Basic math skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional Customer Service. Active listening. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Problem solving and decision making. Cooperation/Teamwork. Enthusiasm & Initiative. Ability to work in a Team environment. Post-secondary education an asset. 1-2 years of experience supervising people and processes simultaneously. Health and safety experience an asset. Satisfactory criminal reference check - vulnerable persons check.
