Your New Company This opportunity sits within a wellestablished global real estate investment and management platform with a strong presence across North America. The role reports into senior leadership and carries full accountability for the endtoend management of a sizable commercial portfolio. Your New Role Manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of commercial properties Ensure buildings operate efficiently, with maintenance and repairs completed in compliance with life safety standards and applicable regulations Perform regular property inspections to uphold high standards of appearance, functionality, and performance Tender, select, and oversee service providers in line with authorization limits and commitment control policies Collaborate with the General Manager and clients on annual budgeting and reforecasting processes Control revenues and expenses to ensure performance remains within approved budgets Review monthly financial statements and prepare clear, accurate management reports Ensure tenant billings, recoveries, and year-end adjustments are processed accurately and in accordance with lease terms Oversee accounts receivable and collections to maintain acceptable aging and cash flow levels Work closely with leasing teams to support leasing activity and achieve occupancy targets Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and responsive service Oversee the tendering and delivery of capital projects and leasehold improvement initiatives Administer leases to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations Lead, coach, and performance-manage on-site teams to drive operational excellence What You Need to Succeed 5+ years experience managing commercial and/or industrial property portfolios Post-secondary education in business, real estate, or a related field preferred Hold a valid BC Real Estate Property Management Licence Demonstrated strength in financial analysis and budget management Valid drivers licence What You Get in Return Up to 110k + Bonus DOE 3 weeks vacation Extended health package
