Skill Requirements Above average competence in a minimum of three (3) of the following: Carpentry - Rough and Finish Drywall / Painting Minor electrical and/or plumbing Flooring Tiling Remodels Residential and/or commercial maintenance General Requirements Knowledge of building codes and material management Possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable truck or van Own basic construction tools Undergo annual criminal background checks Own a smart phone General problem solving skills and ability to work independently Predictable availability Monday to Friday (weekends optional) Outstanding customer service and organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
