Establish and monitor the stores objectives, budgets, priorities, and action plans based on organizational needs and customer requirements. Provide mobilizing leadership to all team members. Apply high customer service standards and act as a role model and coach for employees. Implement growth strategies to improve profitability and maximize satisfaction results. Oversee all human resources management tasks (recruitment, onboarding, integration, training, performance appraisal management, etc.). Ensure that team members possess the appropriate knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge to meet the stores sales objectives. Promote and ensure compliance with company directives, policies, procedures, and standards. Sell Doors and Windows products. Prepare quotations based on plan readings. Follow up on sales and installations of doors and windows.
