About the Role We are currently seeking compassionate, experienced Night Nannies, Postpartum Doulas, Newborn Care Specialists, Midwives, and Nurses (RN/RPN) to support families during the critical early weeks after birth. This role focuses on overnight newborn care and parent support, helping families rest, recover, and transition confidently into life with a newborn. You will work closely with parents to provide attentive, evidencebased care in a calm and professional home environment. Compensation $24.00 $40.00 per hour. Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and scope of practice and falls within the expected range for this role.
