About Lifemark Physiotherapy Keefer Place clinic, located in Downtown Vancouver, BC. The Lifemark Physiotherapy Keefer Place is centrally located right at the heart of Downtown Vancouver, very close to the Skytrain station, one block from Rogers Arena and across the street from International Village and Tinseltown Theatre, right on the second floor of the building, directly on top of T&T, serving the community since 1979. Our clinic treats complex orthopedic conditions, injuries, chronic and persistent pain, specializing in providing physiotherapy, acupuncture, concussion and vestibular therapy, occupational therapy & counselling, and other holistic nutrition services, including services for WCB, LTD, ICBC, and employer services. Qualifications Licensed Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. Registered Kinesiologist in BC are also welcome to apply. Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 13 years in a leadership or management role. Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and KPIS. Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills. Completion of advanced orthopedic or manual therapy training is an asset. Passion for innovation, people development, and client-focused care. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, client-centred clinical assessments and treatment plans. Monitor client progress, ensure quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes. Lead and manage clinic operations, including performance metrics, financials, and workflow optimization. Inspire and mentor clinical staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency. Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth. Act as the clinics primary liaison with regional leadership and key stakeholders.
