This includes nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutrition care plans, diet counseling, evaluation of care and arrangement for followup care. The incumbent acts as a nutrition consultant to other members of the health care team, shares department responsibilities and provides education experiences for dietetic interns. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. Human Resources Exemption No Experience Preference to those with experience with acute care patients in hospital setting Preference given to candidates with Pediatric Clinical Nutrition experience Preference given to candidates with Clinical Dietitian experience Education Dietetic Internship certificate Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (BSc(Nutr)) Other Information Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC) Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians For more information on the city of Saskatoon please visit caseload for this position will include adult acute care. Acute care adult and pediatric clinical nutrition experience is preferred. This position works weekends on a rotation basis. This position will support LTC. HSAS seniority in the SHA will be considered under the selection criteria Experience in nutrition support will be considered an asset. Working Monday to Friday 0800-1630.
