We are on a journey of continuous growth now looking for our next star a passionate Electromechanical Support Specialist within our Engineering capability. This position reports to the Engineering Manager and will work in Victoria, BC. As an Electromechanical Support Specialist in the Engineering team, you will be our front line, interacting with Dometic''s customers, and providing enduser support to diagnose and resolve product and installation issues. This is an exciting opportunity to use your technical expertise in a fastpaced, customerfacing role. Your Main Responsibilities Conduct technical support and problem solving, primarily via telephone and email, directly with end users, diagnosing and resolving product and installation issues. Receive, investigate and process warranty claims, including maintaining and entering RMA data information in ERP, completing claim reports, and entering replacement orders. Create and maintain product documentation for both product installation and maintenance. Create knowledge base content and publish content as required. Provide technical content for website and other marketing material. Support product testing and evaluation. Assist in both mechanical and electrical product design. Work effectively within a small team while providing and maintaining the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Provide general backup support for order entry and other customerrelated needs. What do we offer?
